CONNSTEP Enhances Enterprise-Wide Lean Offerings with New Staff

(Rocky Hill, Connecticut) - CONNSTEP, Connecticut's Manufacturing Resource, is proud to announce that Michael Gugger has joined the organization as the Manager of Consulting Services. Mr. Gugger has over twenty five years experience in the manufacturing industry and brings expertise in the areas of Lean Manufacturing, Lean Leadership, machining optimization and and implementation of new technology. He has provided both classroom and hands-on training and facilitated the design, development and implementation of corporate-wide process improvement initiatives.

Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, a Masters in Business Administration and is a Six Sigma Green Belt and is a Lean Sensei.
Mr. Gugger has published over thirty full length articles in both trade magazines and peer review forums, including a monthly column for Cutting Tool Engineering magazine.
