Introduction to Lean
Traditional manufacturing philosophies stress high utilization of machinery and manpower with little consideration for cycle time or manufacturing waste.
Conversely, Lean Manufacturing establishes a systematic approach to eliminating wastes and creating greater production efficiencies through maximizing value-added activities. Implementing Lean practices helps develop and implement a long-term plan to streamline your operations for success.
Introduction to Lean Manufacturing is a no-cost, half-day interactive and experiential workshop that illustrates the power Lean Manufacturing principles can have on revolutionizing shop-floor operations.
