Lean for the Front Office
Lean methodologies must be applied throughout the entire organization to truly reach the goal of becoming a Lean enterprise. Unfortunately, companies often neglect the administrative functions, leaving profitable opportunities unaddressed.
And the application of Lean in non-manufacturing disciplines such as service, healthcare, banking, customer service and government is not as commonplace (yet).
Attend this no-cost, two-hour interactive session for an overview of Lean for the Front Office - learn about the Lean tools and their application in office and service industry settings. Return to work understanding the value gained when implementing Lean into non-manufacturing settings.
