Rebecca Kane Dow, Manager of Marketing & Communications 

Rebecca Kane Dow is the Manager of Marketing and Communications for CONNSTEP where she oversees marketing, public relations, legislative communications and all CONNSTEP outreach events, including the annual CONNSTEP Manufacturing & Business Conference. 

Prior to joining CONNSTEP, Rebecca worked for CLEARbrick, Inc., a West Hartford-based consulting firm and The Bushnell Center for the Performing Arts, where she focused on project management within the PARTNERS Program for Arts in Education.

Rebecca is a member of the American Marketing Association (AMA), the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA), holds a B.F.A. from the University of Hartford and is certified in Lean Manufacturing practices.  

Rebecca is the recipient of the NIST/MEP 2010 Unsung Hero Award.  The MEP Awards recognize those individuals and groups that have gone above and beyond to support and strengthen the MEP national system and U.S. based manufacturing.
